EXTRA CHEESY LASAGNA
EXTRA CHEESY LASAGNA In this video, I teach you how to make lasagna with ground beef and cottage cheese! Well, actually I may have used ground turkey, but you can sub ground beef instead. This one is also spicy recipe. I added hot (banana) peppers, but you don't have too. The first thing you should do is cook the meat. Once that's cooked and the extra water is drained, add in minced garlic, hot peppers and onions. Now take out your lasagna baking dish. Fill the bottom with a small amount of tomato juice. Then line the bottom with lasagna noodles. Once thats done, add in the meat mix and spread around. Place another layer of lasagna noodles, then cottage cheese. then MORE lasagna noodles and a BIG layer of mozzarella cheese! add another layer of noodles, then top more tomato juice.. Put in a TON.. otherwise the noodles won't cook. I'd say atleast 3-4 cups.. maybe more. Finally top again with parmesan cheese and then bake at 350 until the noodles are done and the cheese has melted!
